Making It Concrete

Making It Concrete

Rain, Rain Go Away So We Can Pour Some Concrete Today!

Have you noticed, we have had a lot of rain this fall?  Our contractors are painfully aware as it has affected our construction schedule almost every week.  But they have patiently persevered, and today, they were able to pour the slab for the new Children’s Center.  As you can see in the pictures and video below, Pastor Todd was on hand, making sure that your prayers, collected in worship at the end of November were made a part of the foundation.

NorthEast Hallway Restrooms are back open

The demolition of our former youth building required numerous plumbing, sewer, and drainage changes on the east side of our facility.  These changes required the rerouting or replacement of numerous pipes.  This work required the temporary closure of the restrooms and kitchen plumbing next to Fellowship Hall.

The restrooms and kitchen are now back in service just in time for the Fourth Sunday of Advent and Christmas Eve services.

What Comes Next?

In January, we should be pouring slab for the new atrium and beginning to assemble the structural steel to support the building.

We will continue to provide regular updates about the project. You can access these updates by clicking on “Building Project Updates” from the home page or Building Projects/Building Project Updates from the menu on any page of our website.
