Holy Week
Holy Week is the week of Christian observances leading to Easter Sunday. The week begins with Palm Sunday and progresses through Holy or Maundy Thursday and Good Friday. It concludes with the celebration of Easter Sunday.

Lent comes from the Anglo Saxon word lencten, meaning “lengthen” and refers to the lengthening days of spring. How To Watch The Chosen
Our Lenten worship series begins early this year. On Sunday, February 5, FUMC Allen begins an 8-week series based on Season One of the Angel Studios series “The Chosen, the first-ever multi-season TV show about the life of Jesus This series is the largest crowdfunded media project to date, with a 9.3 rating on IMDB!. FUMC Allen Launches English Conversation Class
FUMC Allen is pleased to announce the implementation of a free English Conversation Class taught by Rev Justin Noh on Thursdays from 7:00pm to 8:30pm in S207/211.
