Back to School Blessings on August 24

On Sunday, August 24, FUMC Allen offers a BACK TO SCHOOL BLESSING during all three sanctuary worship services. This special time of prayer for our students, teachers, and school employees who are returning to school this month. Our students are invited to bring their back packs with them to worship to receive a special gift.

Youth Travel to the Mountain T.O.P.

On Friday, July 18, 40 youth and 10 adult chaperones begin a journey to MOUNTAIN T.O.P. in Tennessee. Prayer is a vital part of their mission trip, and you can participate by providing words of encouragement for the participants. We are inviting all of you to take a few minutes to write a note (or two or more) and deliver them to the “Charlie Brown” mailbox located just inside the youth wing, no later than Sunday, July 13.
