Holiday Challenge 2023

Part of our tradition at First United Methodist Church of Allen is to serve our neighbors over the holiday season. We call this tradition our “Holiday Challenge.” We have many  ways for you to serve during the 2023 holiday season. Winter Storm Response

Our church is called to love God and love neighbor. To that end, we have identified multiple opportunities to help our neighbors after the recent winter storm. Pop Top Ministry Continues to Thrive at FUMC Allen

For many years now, Shelley and Mark Stevenson have collected pop-tabs for the Ronald McDonald House on behalf of FUMC Allen. Mark and Shelley have promoted this personal mission throughout their mission field by sharing this ministry within the church through Sunday school classes, children’s church, and Vacation Bible School. Missions Cafe Announces First Mission Donations

Our church is committed to serving others. As part of our recent building project, we combined our heart for mission with our appreciation of good food and drinks to create Missions Café. This ministry offers coffee, espresso drinks, smoothies, and a variety of food choices, including donuts and smokies from Max’s Donuts, to raise money to support the mission efforts of our church.
