The Table

The Table is a modern service specifically designed for contemporary, casual, and intimate worship. At The Table, participants honor God with music, prayer, and a weekly message from the pastor, The Table is for ALL AGES. The order of worship includes a children’s time and communion each week. Yoga Flow (Morning)

Yoga Flow and Stretch is an all levels class specifically designed for those that can get up and down off of the floor. The class combines yoga poses with gentle stretching. Please bring your own yoga mat, or you can purchase a new mat during class check-in.

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga uses chairs and props for balance and stability. The class is open to all, but designed to bring the benefits of yoga to those who have difficulty getting up and down off of the floor, are recovering from injury, or have other physical limitations. Participants do not need to bring a mat.
