Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga uses chairs and props for balance and stability. The class is open to all, but designed to bring the benefits of yoga to those who have difficulty getting up and down off of the floor, are recovering from injury, or have other physical limitations. Participants do not need to bring a mat.

Ladies Monday Lunch
Women of retirement age(ish) are invited to join Rev Maxie Moore and others on the courtyard or in the atrium, depending on the weather, each Monday from 11:45am-12:45pm for lunch.
