Sunday Morning Nursery

Our nursery is a wonderful place for families to find care for their youngest members during worship and special events. Our nursery staff is background checked and trained in CPR and first aid.  On Sunday mornings, we’ll share an age- appropriate Bible lesson. Nursery care is provided during all worship services (including holidays). We also have a private nursing space for moms and their little ones. Todd Harris Farewell

We celebrate Rev Todd Harris’ ministry at FUMC Allen on Sunday, June 23, recognizing his faithful service in all three hours of worship followed by a potluck luncheon at 12:15pm in the gym. The church is providing the smoked meat, but in the true spirit of Methodism, we invite everyone to bring an entrée, a side dish, or a dessert to share. Greeter/Ambassador Training

Our Hospitality Team invites all church members to serve as a greeter/ambassador at FUMC Allen one Sunday each month before your regularly attended worship service. Our Hospitality Team is providing a 10 minute training session for greeters/ambassadirs on the third Sunday of each month in the west entrance from 10:40-10:50am. Movie Night: Zootopia

Join us for a family friendly movie night on Sunday, August 11, 6:00-8:00pm in our new Children’s Base Camp. We’ll be watching “Zootopia.” We’ll have popcorn and water. Children can come in their pajamas and bring bean bags, pillows, or whatever to makes them comfy. This event will prepare us for Rev. Mary Beth Hardesty-Crouch’s sermon Reel Life: Zootopia on Sunday September 1.
