4:7 Runners Club is a 12-week fall training course for youth and adults who are looking to get in shape with a community of people. This course is designed to take you from the “couch to 5k.” No previous running experience is needed
Classes meet once per week at FUMC Allen South Entrance on Thursday evenings at 6:30pm beginning Thursday, September 20.
Class time is spent planning workouts for the week, discussing proper stretching techniques and adequate diet plans, talking about struggles & successes, and performing that night’s workout as a group
Registration in 4:7 Runners includes the “Run for God” book by Mitchell Holli and registration in the 2018 Rudolph Run, which falls on the first Saturday of December. Two bonus classes will be added on after the race for whoever would like to continue.
Registration opens August 23 and ends September 20.
