2021-2022 On Deck class beginS August 8!
All rising 5th graders will participate in On Deck as their Sunday school class. Mr. Rod Morehead will lead this group through their study of the Old and New Testaments and help them prepare for Confirmation in their 6th grade year.

Welcome to On Deck!
On Deck is our sixth grade program at FUMC Allen that we’ve designed as a fun year of learning and fellowship for our students as they complete their last year in Children’s Ministry!
All sixth graders who attend our church are welcome to participate in the On Deck program. We meet every Sunday morning at 9:45am in our Children’s Wing.
The On Deck year begins with the start of the school year. We’ve structured the curriculum and activities to serve as a starting point to our seventh grade confirmation program. Our yearly schedule includes a fall retreat, special field trips, selection of a faith partner, and times for fellowship outside the regular Sunday school hour.
