WE NEED MORE READERS FOR OUR READING WEEK, July 15-18!
Are you looking for an opportunity to serve this summer and make a difference in the life of a child? Then you’ll want to keep reading on how to serve as a Project Transformation (PT) volunteer.
Serving with PT is an incredibly rewarding experience as you invest in the life of a child. Our Project Transformation intern, Lexie Vriend, will be in worship on Sunday, June 30, to share more with us about the program and answer any of your questions.
SUN, JUL 7 5:30pm
We will provide dinner for the PT staff members (around 12 people) at Waples Memorial UMC (Denison) on Sunday, July 7, at Austin College in Sherman, TX. Plan to meet at 5:30pm with dinner at 6:00pm. Please let Rev Jessica Wright know if you are available to serve, and we’ll have a great time serving committed, wonderful college students together!
MON JUL 15-THU JUL 18 9:15AM-12:15PM

Every volunteer age 18 and up needs to have a current background check and a current Ministry Safe certificate. Both expire after two years and need to be renewed. Heather Anderson, our church’s coordinator for our work with Project Transformation, or Rev. Jessica Wright will be in contact with you if you need to renew either piece.
