Fall Festival Trunks (or Trucks) Needed

  Trunk or Treat at Fall Festival Sunday, October 30 12:00pm-2:00pm FUMC Allen Hey small groups! Families! and others! You are invited to host a trunk at Trunk or Treat, an annual highlight of our Fall Festival on Sunday, October 30. Emily Wiley van Oosterom grew up at FUMC Allen, was confirmed here in 2002, graduated from Allen High School in 2008, and now lives in Amsterdam. Children’s Ministry Needs Sunday School Teachers

You have the awesome opportunity to share your love with the children of our church! Children’s Ministry needs volunteers to teach at the 9:45am Education Hour to help with elementary Sunday school. Confirmation and On Deck Programs Return on September 11

FUMC Allen’s sixth grade confirmation and the fifth grade On Deck program return on Sunday, September 11, during the 9:45am Education Hour. All fifth and sixth grade students are welcome to participate. Confirmation for sixth graders meets in the Youth Wing in room W260 at 9:45am on Sunday. Bible Studies for 2023

Are you looking for a small group and an opportunity to study God’s Word? First United Methodist Church introduces seven opportunities for Bible study and small group interaction this fall. Two groups are exclusively for women. We have one for the guys, and four classes for everyone. CDC Recommends Indoor Masking in Collin County

Last week, the CDC showed that Collin County moved into the high-risk category in the Covid-19 community risk levels. This means that our community has demonstrated an increased level of COVID-related hospitalization and/or transmission. The CDC is now recommending masking indoors to decrease the risk of transmission. When you are in our building, you are welcome to wear a mask.
