Faith Stories: Send Hope Mission Trip

This summer, 19 local church and community members traveled 1,462 miles to Puerto Lempira, Honduras, to serve at the House of Hope. There, Dr. Tom Brian, along with Steven and Lauren Hosack, led these missionaries in serving some 38 children in the home along with countless other children in the neighborhood. Children On A Mission

Children’s Ministry celebrated the grand opening of Compass Kids Children’s Ministry in August with the mission to see that all children seek God’s direction in their lives every day. If you haven’t stopped by to see the new facilities at the church, be sure to come upstairs to BaseCamp any Sunday morning from 9:30am-12:00pm. Youth Travel to the Mountain T.O.P.

On Friday, July 18, 40 youth and 10 adult chaperones begin a journey to MOUNTAIN T.O.P. in Tennessee. Prayer is a vital part of their mission trip, and you can participate by providing words of encouragement for the participants.
