Many of you know about our Missions Café. The cafe, open every Sunday from 8:00am to 11:00am, offers coffee, espresso drinks, smoothies, donuts, smokies, and even breakfast tacos to raise money to support the mission efforts of our church. Pop Top Ministry Continues to Thrive at FUMC Allen

For many years now, Shelley and Mark Stevenson have collected pop-tabs for the Ronald McDonald House on behalf of FUMC Allen. Mark and Shelley have promoted this personal mission throughout their mission field by sharing this ministry within the church through Sunday school classes, children’s church, and Vacation Bible School. Change 4 Change Update Change4Change started at FUMC Allen on March 25, 2018. The idea is simple: to designate all the loose change (pennies, nickels, dimes, etc.) received in the offering plate during worship toward the General Mission fund. HOLIDAY CHALLENGE UPDATE by Rev Jessica Wright On Sunday, November 3, Kids Against Hunger set up 12 lines to assemble packages of highly nutritious vitamin-fortified meals. All of the assembly lines were full for 3 hours with 301 volunteers serving a total of 485 hours! Leaders planned to pack 150 boxes (32,400 meals), but we packed over 260 boxes (57,048 meals)!
