Chair Yoga uses chairs and props for balance and stability. The class is open to all, but designed to bring the benefits of yoga to those who have difficulty getting up and down off of the floor, are recovering from injury, or have other physical limitations. Participants do not need to bring a mat.

Join us in the FUMC Allen sanctuary for a traditional Christmas Eve worship service on December 24 at 6:00pm. This service features the classic hymns of the season performed by the FUMC Allen Chancel Choir.
The service will include lessons, carols, prayer, and time for contemplation. We’ll share communion, and process to the courtyard to light candles and welcome the Christ Child with a chorus of Silent Night.
