The Table is a modern service specifically designed for contemporary, casual, and intimate worship. Yoga Flow and Stretch is an all levels class specifically designed for those that can get up and down off of the floor. The class combines yoga poses with gentle stretching. Please bring your own yoga mat, or you can purchase a new mat during class check-in.
Chair Yoga uses chairs and props for balance and stability. The class is open to all, but designed to bring the benefits of yoga to those who have difficulty getting up and down off of the floor, are recovering from injury, or have other physical limitations. Participants do not need to bring a mat.
Women of retirement age(ish) are invited to join Rev Maxie Moore and others on the courtyard or in the atrium, depending on the weather, each Monday from 11:45am-12:45pm for lunch.
